During the Second World War a soldier of the Spanish Blue Division happened upon the body of a Russian NKVD doctor named Josef Landovsky in a Russian farmhouse. With the body he found a number of closely written notebooks. He picked them up, and brought them back to Spain.

Experts recognized the startling importance of these notebooks. They contained records of the interrogation of the Soviet ambassador to Paris and London, Christian Georgyevich Rakovsky, on 26 January 1938 in Moscow by the GPU official Gabriel G. Kuzmin, a personal intimate of Stalin’s. In 1950 these Protocols were published under the title Sinfonia en rojo major [Symphony in Red Major], translated by Mauricion Carlavilla. The publisher was Editorial NOS, Madrid. The appearance of this publication had an alarming effect. In next to no time, all copies were bought up. Two years later, the Rakovsky Protocols were published in German by the Dürer publishing house in Buenos Aires, Argentina, as the 6th special issue of the journal Der Weg [The Path].

At that time, in 1938, Stalin’s notorious purges – which went by the name of chistka [cleansing] and had already cost tens of millions of lives – were still going on. Along with Rakovsky, Tukhachevsky, Gamarnik, Yakir and other important personalities were arrested, for the most part under suspicion of being Trotskyites. It seemed practically a certainty that they would receive a death sentence.

Rakovsky, however, was not liquidated. We will see why. Rakovsky was an Eastern Jew. He had been a Communist right from the start, but he had been a friend of Trotsky’s – which he not only admitted, but actually justified during his interrogation. Nor did he make any secret of the fact that he was a Freemason, and even let it be understood that he must have held a high office in the Freemason hierarchy – for his knowledge of the political background and interconnections, and of the intentions of "those" who directed the actual course of global politics, gave his interrogators repeated cause for astonishment.

What do the Rakovki Protocols have to do with the Protocols of the Elders of Zion? Rakovsky does not breathe a syllable about the latter – he does not even allude to them. But we learn from him how "those people", like ghosts in the wings, have held the fate and history of nations, especially in Europe, in their hands for all of the last two hundred years. If the Protocols of the Elders of Zion contained the Zionist manifesto, in a manner – theories and plans, that is to say – then Rakovsky reveals how and by what methods "those people" were realizing their program for achieving world hegemony in practice. Nothing happens by chance, nothing develops by any kind of impersonal necessity – all these events are deliberately prepared and organized, from the French Revolution to the revolution of 1848, from the assassination in Sarajevo as the spark that ignited the First World War to the Russian Revolution, from Hitler’s seizure of power to the Second World War. Unless "those people" want it, wars do not take place

What he kept quiet about to Kuzmin, however, was the fact that capitalism and Communism, both coming from the same source, were just ideologies designed to destroy the existing systems of global order, so as to use the resulting chaos as an argument for the necessity of a global government. Not that of the Communist Internationale, however, as Kuzmin believed, but the world hegemony of the Chosen People.

Here is another passage relating to this topic:

Woltersdorf then refers to documents which a Spanish soldier found by chance in the Second World War on the body of a Russian doctor. The documents in question were records of the interrogation of the Soviet ambassador to Paris and London, Christian Georgyevich Rakovsky, by the GPU official Kuzmin. It emerged from this interrogation that Rakovsky knew a great deal about the background to the Russian Revolution, as he was clearly not only a friend of Trotsky’s but also a high ranking Freemason. Rakovsky speaks, admittedly, only of "those people" whom he does not mention by name, but his presentation of this complex of facts corresponds almost one hundred percent with the picture we find in the Protocols of the Elders of Zion.

"What he kept quiet about to Kuzmin, however, was the fact that capitalism and Communism, both coming from the same source, were just ideologies designed to destroy the existing systems of global order, so as to use the resulting chaos as an argument for the necessity of a global government. Not that of the Communist Internationale, however, as Kuzmin believed, but the world hegemony of the Chosen People."

(…) "that Rothschild, as the representative of capitalism, and Marx, as the founder of Communism, come from the same origin, represent similar interests and serve the same project, while they only appear to be locked in mutual combat. (…) What Rakovsky explained to his interrogators just en passant was nothing other than the origin of the pentagram or five-pointed star, which has equal symbolic significance for Bolshevist Russia and capitalist America, and which also stands for the five Rothschild brothers, archetypal representatives of capital at the five centers of Frankfurt, London, Paris, Vienna and Naples; at the same time, the pentagram symbolizes the Freemasons.

(…) The red flag, the Red Army, Red Square in Moscow – no one can explain who chose this red as a symbol of Communist world revolution, or when and why it happened. The red shield above the "counting house" of the money changing office in Frankfurt’s Judengasse [Jews’ Alley] may however be traced like a red thread all the way from the Communist ideas of Adam Weishaupt right through to the unimaginable terror of Stalin.

"When a shocked Kuzmin asked whether the Freemasons were destined to die at the hands of the revolution which they had themselves brought about, Rakovsky replied: ‘Quite right. You have just formulated a truth that has been kept a closely guarded secret. I am a Freemason … So I will disclose to you the great secret, which the Freemasons are always promised that they will be told – but the secrets is not revealed to them in the 25th, 33rd or 93rd order of initiation, or even in the very highest degree. I do not know this secret because I am a Freemason, but because I am one of "those".’"

(…) "Of course the French Revolution was already designed to serve as the initial spark – as Adam Weishaupt had hoped – for the Komintern, the Communist Internationale. But it was Napoleon Bonaparte who changed it back into a French form of nationalism. (…) One day, Rakovsky tells us, the Jew Mardochai applied – under the name Karl Marx – to be admitted to the order of Illuminati which had been founded by Adam Weishaupt."

About the influence of "those people" on the establishment of the Third Reich in Germany, Rakovsky had this to say: "In the year 1929, when the National Socialist party was suffering a crisis of growth and running out of funds, "those people" sent him [Hitler] an ambassador. I even know his name, he was a Warburg." (…) He said he was sent by a Wall Street financial group. (…) Rakovsky reveals as a fact that "those people" – who have been manipulating, initiating and directing the fate and history of the world since the French Revolution – do not exist at all as far as history books are concerned.

(…) Wherever the USA had been globally involved since 1945, in well over a hundred wars and revolutions, we have to imagine the existence of this shadowy government hidden in the background. It is they who have prevented every reasonable solution of conflicts through apparent compromises, so as to leave further material for future conflict. (…) Finally the detested Protocols were declared to be a forgery, and disappeared from almost all libraries, because they prophesied a new world order towards which history and politics have been systematically tending."
